Amazon Order System (AOS)

Amazon Order System (AOS) is an small utility application that allows Amazon Seller Central users to create custom invoices that not only look better than the default Amazon invoices, but they can also all be printed with one click.

AOS is developed in Visual Basic .net and uses a simple Access database which allows custom reports to be run against the Amazon data so you can query your valuable sales data how you want to.

Features:

Import
Amazon Seller Central can be configured to produce a downloadable order file. This is easily imported into the Amazon Order System and an exception report produced where duplicate orders / files have been imported.

Print Invoices
Print Invoices allows you to view all orders awaiting printing. Selected orders can be previewed, printed or emailed out. The Invoice is designed for use with special label paper such that the delivery address can be peeled off and attached to the package and the order documentation popped inside. This area was designed to create time by increasing the efficiency of the packaging and dispatch process. Invoices are customisable with business logos and personalised messages which can be used for further business promotion.

Despatch
This function displays all orders that have been printed but not yet despatched (added to the despatch file). Orders can be selected for despatch individually or in groups to enable the production of a despatch file used to notify Amazon that orders have been shipped (manually uploaded to Amazon Seller Central).

Order Search
The search facility allows searching of orders in the system, using customer name, input file, order id, input date. When the required order is found it can be previewed, printed or emailed as an attachment.
